March 25, 2011. Judges order seems to be a sham. Not in conformity with the Maryland Constitution. Sham auction was held inside of courthouse with locked doors. So no other bidders could participate sham in auction. New stipulation only bidders preapproved by Cecil Bank could bid on property where is our FBI and Justice Department. Apparently protecting the Mafia owners of the Bank..Not protecting victims rights.
