Courts refused to accept emergency motions of friend of the court and Lori Saxon’s emergency motion chambers judge refused to do his duty and have a hearing, forcing Lori Saxon to face hostile judge Jeanette Clark in a illegal proceeding to take place 9:30 AM October 23 even though case is on appeal and plaintiff failed to get permission from the court of appeals to press his illegal claims against Lori and his daughter thereby committing fraud on the court. Witnesses will be present to make a record for criminal charges to be filed against the judge and Todd Zirkle for conspiracy to defraud.
