Where judge called the case and was told that defendant had stepped out of the courtroom to go to the bathroom refused to pass over the case. Hard perjured testimony and then rendered a verdict inconsistent with his oath of office. Disenfranchising handicapped individual of his rights liberties and due process rights to equal protection under the law. To cover up alleged eldercare fraud/eldercare abuse by fellow family members.
