January 29, 2020 once again, Elkton, Maryland Road trip as a witness for the defendant Sherry Ray Eveland who once again refused to take a plea agreement and jury trial was once again postponed due to the bad faith on part of the states attorney’s alleged prosecutor failure to produce discoverable documents. States attorney’s agent threatened witnesses with criminal charges if they attempted to give testimony in favor of the defendant in violation of United States criminal code 18 USC 272 and 273 which will be reported to the US Justice Department civil rights division.
