Citizen George McDermott is denied his legal request of the U.S. State Department for certified oath of offices of Judges and certified copy of treaty requiring oath of office of all judges be recorded in the original form before judges can take the bench. Also State Department employees refused to produce treaties under seal which the national archives later produced and Staff personnel at Library Congress affirmed, 6/29/2018
