November 17, 2017 road trip to District of Columbia Court of Appeals clerks of the court seem to think they do not have any responsibility to adhere to the rule of law and keep sending out forged unsigned orders in violation of US code title 28 CHAPTER 3—COURTS OF APPEALS rule 45 courts action are noncompliance with the code therefore Void/NULL having no force and effect.
