Queen Anne County clerk of the court appears to be engaged in the criminal conspiracy. Along with judge Campen to violate the legal and civil rights of Richard Reinheimer. Court clerk refused to produce required oath of office of judge who is over 70 years old recently reappointed with unsigned order by judge Barbera January 1, 2015. Yet no court has his required oath of office judge Barbera believe she’s above the law. Appointing someone not even the governor of the state of Maryland has authority to do so, according to certification of a question of law presented to the United States District Court in Baltimore, which affirmed there is no constitutional amendment allowing anyone to appoint a judge over the age of 70.
