Virginia authorities kidnaps Ashley O’Brien once again from Maryland Montgomery County. Officers were interviewing child and grandmother at 2:30 PM in Montgomery County. The was no warrant out for the arrest of Ashley O’Brien at the time. Shortly thereafter Fairfax County issued a unwarranted arrest warrant. Which was executed by Montgomery County police officer A. Wiesto too late for emergency hearing in Circuit Court. Most likely in retaliation for programs showing Fairfax County was notified prior to issuing Amber alert. By chaplain James Manship.
