Trying to dismiss case, saying friend of the court , pleadings against CPS agents and Arlington County judges, are barred because friend Of the Court, James Renwick Manship is not a member of the Virginia Bar Association and has no standing to represent victims rights as a friend of the court. Which is an absolute falsehood by the judge and Commonwealth attorney. Not supported by the Constitution. Or the views of the Justice Department and Federal Trade Commission
