Petitioning the Maryland Gen. assembly house, a Senate to identify constitutional amendment allowing Maryland judges in our out of control of the courts to act outside of the Constitution, not recording proceedings, holding secret off the record meetings, dispensing injustice contrary to their oath of office, and issuing unsigned orders which are most likely forgeries prepared by law clerks and staff personnel to disenfranchise our citizens of the rights and liberties afforded under the Constitution.
